致在济外籍人士的倡议书

针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，市委、市政府高度重视，按照党中央、国务院决策部署和省委、省政府要求，严格落实防控措施，统筹组织各方力量资源，全力以赴开展疫情防控和救治工作,各项工作正在有序有效进行。在此，我们向在济的各位外籍人士发出如下倡议。

一、及时关注权威信息

请关注“济源日报”或“健康济源”微信公众号，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报，了解济源市各地救治定点医院信息和联系方式、有关疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等。也可致电济源疫情防控办公室24小时值班电话12345或（0391）6915120了解相关信息。

二、做好自我防护

保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时使用纸巾或手帕捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。

三、减少外出活动

避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。

四、定期自测体温

每天早晚各测体温1次。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到济源市各地定点医疗机构就诊。

五、参加联防联控

如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过疫情高发地区的来济人员，请在家自我隔离7天。若出现疫情相关症状应立即向疾病预防控制机构报告，并戴上口罩，等待医务人员到场诊治。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记和询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。

 A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Jiyuan from The Foreign Investment Service Center of Jiyuan Municipal People's Government

To cope with the pneumonia outbreak caused by the COVID-19, The CPC Jiyuan Committee and the People’s Government of Jiyuan attach paramount importance to the situation and have made unified arrangement and deployment of resources. Prevention and control work is being conducted in a well-managed and orderly way. Hereby we recommend the following practices to all foreign friends in Jiyuan：

 I.Follow official information release

Visit the official WeChat account run by Jiyuan Health Commission ( JIYUAN DAILY) or (HEALTH OF JIYUAN ) for the updates of the epidemic, the list of designated hospitals in Jiyuan, prevention and control guide, and other important notices. You can also call the 24h service hotline of Jiyuan COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters office  at 12345/(0391)6935120 for relevant information.

 Ⅱ.Strengthen prevention and self-protection

Keep good hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or handkerchief when coughing or sneezing. Frequently clean hands by using soap or alcohol-based sanitizer and water. Wear surgical face masks when going out and discard used ones properly according to instructions. Keep rooms clean and open windows for good ventilation. Avoid close contact with any wild animals or birds. Eat only well-cooked food and drink more boiled water.

Ⅲ. Avoid activities outside

Avoid crowded areas, gatherings, parties, and other group activities.

 Ⅳ. Take temperature regularly

Take temperature every morning and evening during the period. If you have fever, cough, chest distress and fatigue, wear a surgical face mask and seek prompt medical care in the designated hospitals.

 Ⅴ. Join in prevention and control efforts

If you have stayed in areas of major epidemic outbreaks or been in close contact with people from those areas, please stay at home and monitor your health condition for 7consecutive days. If you develop any of relevant symptoms, call the local Center for Disease Control and Prevention right away, wear facial protection and wait for the arrival of doctors for diagnoses and treatment. Please cooperate with government or community staff or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
